Legal services are provided by Mary Wambui Kimani, Solicitor of England and Wales, SRA number 805444.

Professional rules can be found at https://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/standards-regulations/. The engagement letter will identify the person responsible for each matter.

3. Client money

We do not hold client money. Fees are paid directly to the practice for its own services. Payment details are set out in the written quotation for each matter.

4. ACSP status

Companies House identity-verification services are provided by Mary Wambui Kimani, an Authorised Corporate Service Provider registered with Companies House under authorised agent number APO21367.

AML supervisor: Solicitors Regulation Authority

ACSP authorisation does not mean that Companies House endorses us, guarantees our services or provides legal advice through us. Verification is conducted under applicable Companies House standards. Companies House may supervise ACSP activity and request verification records.

5. Nature and limits of ACSP work

Identity verification confirms whether evidence meets the applicable Companies House standard at the time of the check. It does not guarantee acceptance of a filing, the lawfulness or solvency of a company, the authority or conduct of a person, or satisfaction of another organisation's AML requirements. ACSP verification is not legal advice unless legal advice is separately accepted in writing.

Unless expressly agreed, legal advice concerns the law of England and Wales only. We do not advise on Scottish, Northern Irish or foreign law. Overseas clients should obtain advice in relevant jurisdictions. Online availability does not mean we are authorised to practise local law in every place from which the site can be accessed.

7. Website disclaimer

Website material is general information and may not reflect your facts or the latest change in law. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or accounting advice and does not create a retainer. Obtain advice before acting or refraining from action. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete, current or error-free.

8. No third-party reliance

Advice and documents are prepared solely for the identified client, purpose and scope. No other person may rely on them without express written agreement. References to lenders, brokers, conveyancers, accountants or other professionals do not mean that we act for them.
