Enquiries receive a response within one working day.

Office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

A deadline is not accepted until we confirm it in writing. This practice does not provide emergency or out-of-hours advice.

2. We confirm whether we can assist, with the scope and fee in writing.
3. You receive secure instructions for providing any documents.
4. An appointment is confirmed where the service requires one.

Appointments

Appointments are held remotely for matters where remote delivery is appropriate. Where a lender or transaction solicitor requires attendance in person, we will tell you before anything is booked.
